Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Teleprompter: Free application (“the app”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service and these Terms.

2. Your content

You retain full ownership of any scripts you write and any video or audio you record with the app. Because this content stays on your device and in your Photos library, you are solely responsible for it, including backing it up and complying with any laws that apply to what you record.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose;
• Record any person or content where you do not have the necessary rights or consent to do so;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except where permitted by law.

4. No warranty

The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that recordings will always save successfully. Always confirm your recordings saved as expected.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, recordings, or scripts arising from your use of the app.

6. Price

The app is free to download and use. If paid features are ever introduced, they will be clearly identified and optional, and these Terms will be updated accordingly.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised date at the top of this page indicates when changes were made. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
